Sharing Life

We believe that God calls us to live our lives in close community with one another. Even though we live in a world with every possible means of communication, often our relationships do not go very deep. Many people stumble and fall in their faith journey because they are not closely connected to other Christians. We believe the Bible instructs us to live authentic lives (not hiding our real selves) and purposeful lives (serving one another, not just our own needs). One primary way in which we accomplish this call to community is through home fellowship groups. When we gather together for prayer, study, and fellowship, God in his grace transforms our hearts and enables us to correct and encourage one another. Authentic servant hood, forgiveness, and reconciliation are signs of genuine love for one another (John 13:34-35).
